Ingredients
Soy Sauce (Water, Soybean, Wheat, Salt), Sugar, Corn Starch, Mirin (Water, Corn Syrup, Rice, Koji, Alcohol), Hydrolysed Soy Protein, Spices, Concentrated Fruit Juice, Yeast Extract, Flavour Enhancers (621, 631, 627), Colour (150d).

Directions
Beef Teriyaki (Serves 4):
1. Combine 250g bite-sized beef with 2 tbsp Obento Teriyaki Marinade and 1/4 cup cornflour and mix well. Let sit in the fridge for 10 mins.
2. Heat oil in a fry pan over medium high, add in the beef and fry for 1-2 mins on each side until browned and slightly charred. Set aside.
3. Saute 1/2 sliced onion until soft and translucent on medium/high heat.
4. Add beef and 2 tbsp Obento Teriyaki Marinade into the pan and stir for another 1-2 mins. Serve with rice.
