Directions
Sashimi Temaki Hand Roll (Serves 2):
1. Add 75mL Obento Sushi Seasoning to 100g steamed Obento sushi rice and mix well.
2. Combine mayonnaise with wasabi, adding wasabi to preferred taste.
3. On 2 Obento nori sheets (cut in half), spread rice followed by wasabi and mayonnaise mix.
4. Top with fish strips (2 x 20g salmon sashimi & 2 x 20g tuna sashimi) & vegetables (2 cucumbe sticks & 2 avocado in strips).
5. Roll into a cone shape and serve with Obento Sushi and Sashimi Soy Sauce.
