Heat oil in a non-stick pan on medium heat, add sausages and cook until lightly browned. 2. Remove sausages and cut into pieces. 3. Return sausages to pan, add Cooking Sauce. Stir through and simmer for 5 minutes or until cooked through. 4. Serve your MasterFoods Curried Sausages with mashed potatoes. FOR SOMETHING DIFFERENT: Add 1 cup (150 g) of frozen peas for extra veg.
