Directions
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Remove the frozen Hanabi Pork Katsu from the package after thawing.
2. Preheat oil to 180 degree Celsius and carefully place the Katsu into the hot oil.
3. Deep fry one side for 7 minutes, then turn and cook the other side for an additional 5 minutes, ensuring the core temperature reaches 70 degree Celsius.
