Gourmet Garden Lightly Dried Mixed Herbs is made with Australian grown basil, oregano and parsley that are roughly chopped and lightly dried (just enough) for fresher flavour that lasts for 4 weeks once opened*. Our Aussie farmers grow fresh basil, oregano & parsley on broad-acre farms across Australia, where the optimal climate and rich soil delivers the perfect conditions for flavoursome, aromatic herbs.

Lightly Dried Mixed Herbs can be added during and at the end of cooking. With Mediterranean flavours, it complements lovely with meatballs, spaghetti Bolognese, pizza and soups. Refreshes in cooking, unlocking intense flavours. Sprinkle sparingly and season to taste.
