Directions
DIRECTIONS: Mix 2 flat spoons (approx. 7g) of NOWAY! GOODGUT into 250Ml of water, or mix directly into your chosen meal. To kick-start your GOODGUT journey, we recommend to take 3 times a day for 10 days and then 1 serve per day thereafter, for ongoing maintenance.
