Remove food from oven. Thermometer is not oven safe. 2. Insert thermometer halfway through thickest part of the meat. Avoid touching bone, fat and gristle. 3. Wait 30 seconds for accurate reading. For best results, rest meat for at least 3 minutes before serving. TARGET TEMPERATURE GUIDE (table) CAUTION Do not use product inside oven. Product may get hot, causing risk of burns.
