Directions for use: - Using the dosage table below, determine the correct dose based on child's weight. - If weight is unknown, use the child's age - Tablets should be chewed and swallowed. - Repeat 4-6 hourly if required (maximum 4 times within 24 hours) Dosage: Age: 7-10 yrs, Average Weight: 22-32 kg, Dose 3 tablets (Max 12 in 24 hrs) Age 10-12 yrs, Average Weight: 32-41 kg, Dose (tablets), 4 tablets (Maximum 16 in 24 hrs) Directions for use: - Measure the correct dose based on the dosage table - Calculate correct dose based on child's weight.
